Vehikl QuickBooks Query
A private, internal tool that reads Vehikl's own QuickBooks Online accounting data for reporting and analysis. Read-only — it never creates, changes, or deletes anything.
This is not a public application. Access is limited to
Vehikl staff and connects only to Vehikl's own QuickBooks company. There is
nothing to sign up for here.
What it does
- Answers billing questions — e.g. lifetime billing for a client.
- Builds reporting tables from invoice data — e.g. team/week/rate.
- Reads customers, invoices, and financial reports via Intuit's API.
How access works
An authorized Vehikl administrator connects the tool to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's standard OAuth consent screen. Access is read-only and can be revoked at any time from QuickBooks Online → Settings → Apps.
