Vehikl QuickBooks Query — internal, read-only application.

Scope

This is a private, internal-use application used solely by Vehikl to read Vehikl's own QuickBooks Online accounting data. It is not offered to, or used by, any third party or member of the public.

What data is accessed

The application reads (never writes) accounting data from Vehikl's own QuickBooks Online company — for example customers, invoices, and financial reports — via Intuit's official API, for internal reporting and analysis.

How data is handled

• Access is read-only; the application cannot create, modify, or delete any QuickBooks data.
• Data is processed on Vehikl-controlled systems and is not sold, shared, or transmitted to third parties.
• OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to authenticate to Intuit.

Data retention

No accounting data is persisted beyond what is transiently required to answer an internal query. OAuth credentials are retained until access is revoked.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online (Settings → Apps) or by removing the app in the Intuit Developer account.
