1. Internal use only

This application is provided for the sole internal use of Vehikl Group Inc. to read Vehikl's own QuickBooks Online data. It is not licensed or distributed to any third party.

2. Read-only

The application accesses QuickBooks Online in read-only mode. It does not create, modify, or delete any data in QuickBooks.

3. No warranty

The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Vehikl assumes all responsibility for its internal use.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the application.

5. Compliance

Use of QuickBooks Online data is subject to Intuit's applicable terms of service and developer agreements.
